1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided below, but please note these are only estimates and can vary depending on factors like shipping carrier, location, and order volume.

Please note that business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. You can view your shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs 700/-
International Shipping: Shipping to locations outside of INDIA is not available as of now.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Domestic: We will deliver the products only within India and will not either entertain or be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside India, such orders will be deemed cancelled and will not be delivered. Some Indian states prohibit the direct sale of merchandise from other states and require special documentation to affect such a sale without dual taxation in the event of receiving such an order/s from such states or to be delivered to such states under such circumstances. We retain the right to accept or reject the order at our sole discretion.
International: We are currently not offering international shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, accidents do happen.
